For our Finance Department in Neuss, we are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Accountant (Finance & Operations) to strengthen our team. This position is responsible for managing all financial and operational accounting activities of the branch, ensuring compliance with German regulations and Head Office requirements.

Responsibilities
- Ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations with Odoo
- Management of payments, receivables, and bank transactions
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and financial reports
- Ensuring tax compliance in Germany
- Support with audits and reporting to the Head Office
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting
- Very good knowledge of Odoo and MS Excel
- German language skills at C1 level – English language skills at B2 level
- High level of accuracy and a structured way of working
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in international companies or multi-branch organizations
- Knowledge of DATEV or similar accounting systems
- Experience with operational financial processes and reporting
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration
- Persian language skills (Farsi)
